A REVIEW OF CAPITAL PUNISHMENT IN PAKISTAN

Pursuing the institution from the Dominion of Pakistan in 1947, the laws from the erstwhile British Raj remained in force. At no level in Pakistan's legal record was there an intention to start the statute e book afresh. The founder of Pakistan, Muhammad Ali Jinnah experienced a vision regarding the law of Pakistan, to implement a system in accorda
